Hello from Brian Mark and Greg Hokanson.  Over the past 7 years we probably installed or serviced your security system if it was with ADT or US Security.  The reason for writing is to tell you about saving money on your monthly monitoring, and give you more service without the ‘fine print’.  In other words there will not be a trip fee, service fee, acts of God are covered, batteries are included and it is okay to remodel your own home.  Any new equipment that you purchase will be sold at the wholesale price.  If you plan to remodel just call us so we can either come by or walk you through it.  There will be no charges for remodeling which will save you hundreds of dollars in labor.  There will be no charges for batteries – most companies want $50 to $75 to come out and install a new system battery!  Oh my Goodness that thunderstorm sure was some wild weather – It blew out some appliances and the phone and the security system isn’t working. Well - in the ‘fine print’ acts of God are not covered.  The cost of equipment and labor will run between $125 to $300 to replace your main panel.  In other words most companies want you to pay - and then pay even more - and they will tell you that when you call for service.  This is when you get hot around the collar because you are paying every month!! But this doesn't have to continue when you sign up with AGS Security!

We started our own company back in June 2003 after working with ADT for about 6 years each. We wanted to provide customers with better service and make alarms available to everyone, especially those living in apartments, renters, and people with credit scores below 650. The big companies now want only the ‘cream of the crop’ and will stick you with a 3 year contract. We are interested in giving you the best service possible and will guarantee your satisfaction or you may cancel if you are not happy.
